Harpster Canopy Warranty
Harpster Canopy has a 30-day limited warranty. We will repair or replace any part of the canopy within 30 days of purchase if defective. This limited warranty does not cover damage due to neglect, wind, snow, fire misuse or any act of God, nor does this limited warranty cover damage resulting from the canopy not having been securely fastened down nor from improper installation. Harpster of Philipsburg, Inc. makes no other warranty and the remedy of repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy. Harpster of Philipsburg, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of the All-Purpose Canopy, including any cost or expense of providing substitute equipment or service during periods of
non-use.

• Missing parts or errors in shipment must be reported
within 30 days of receipt to be replaced at no charge.
• 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on Regular Hobby
Greenhouses w/Standard Poly & Zipper Door and
GardenerÂ’s Package Greenhouse.
• ALL shipping and handling must be paid for by customer.
• Customer Service MUST BE contacted for a return
authorization before returning any item.
• Orders that are shipped back collect will be refused.
1 Year Limited Warranty
ShelterLogic, LLC warrants to the Original Purchaser that the
product and all associated parts are free from manufacturerÂ’s
defects for a period of:
1 Year For Cover and Framework
Warranty Period is determined by date of shipment from
ShelterLogic, LLC for factory direct purchases or date of
purchase from an authorized reseller. (Please save a copy
of your purchase receipt.)

If this shelter/greenhouse or any associated parts are found
to be defective or missing at the time of receipt, Shelterlogic
will repair or replace, at itÂ’s option, the defective parts at
no charge to the original purchaser. Replacement parts or
repaired parts shall be covered for the remainder of the
Original Limited Warranty Period.
• All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the
customer. Parts and replacements will be sent C.O.D.
• You must save the original packaging materials for
shipment back.
• If you purchased from a local dealer, all claims must
have a copy of original receipt.
What is not covered by this limited warranty:
• Damage that occurs during shipping.
• Shelter that has been subjected to abuse, accident,
alteration, modification, tampering, vandalism,
negligence, misuse, abrasive contact, faulty installation,
lack of reasonable care or if affixed to any attachment
not provided with the shelter.
• Damage to the contents of shelter, any person or property
is excluded.
• Normal and foreseeable wear and tear.
• Shelter or Greenhouse not installed according to the
instructions provided.
• Wear of fabric due to improper installation of cover
and doors.
• Damage that occurs due to acts of nature, ie. hurricane,
tornado, wind, flood, snow, wind driven debris, etc.
• Labor and Installation Fees of any kind are not
refundable under the limited warranty or 30 Day
Money Back Guarantee.
• Customer is responsible for all zoning issues and
permits if required.
All other guarantees, warranties, conditions or representations, either expressed or implied, whether arising under statute, common law, commercial usage or otherwise,
including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall seller be liable to any
person, firm or corporation for any special, indirect, or consequential damages, whether for breach of contract, negligence, misrepresentation, or otherwise, and whether
resulting in lost profits, loss of interest in money borrowed or invested, impairment of goods, work stoppage, or otherwise, in any way arising out of any transaction to
which these standard terms apply. The purchaser must notify Shelterlogic, LLC of any defects either by calling the
