If you are returning an item it must be within  30 days after purchase, it is necessary to contact us, before you return any product within 30 days of purchase.   Refunds will be given only if returned within 30 days. The refund will be for the purchase price only.   Shipping costs will not be included in the refund.  There is a restocking fee of 5% on returns,  and products must be in original packaging.  If you are returning a product under warranty after the 30 days you will need to contact the manufacturer.  It is the customers responsibility for return shipping costs on all returned items.    For more information on returns and warranties click here
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to determine whether or not you will need a building permit, and to determine what the requirements are to meet building codes or other rules that apply in your locality. You can contact your local building code authorities for  information. Laws, ordinances, regulations, restrictions, covenants, and other codes or rules that apply to canopies, outdoor storage shelters, vary from State to State and from locality to locality. These codes or rules are also subject to change.  Keepingitcovered shall not be held responsible for violations or consequences of any violations of codes or rules that may arise from you obtaining and/or assembling items from Keepingitcovered.   Obtaining necessary permits is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Customers agree to hold Keepingitcovered and the manufacturer free of any liability for code violations, improper installation, maintenance and repair. There are no warranties except those listed by the manufacturer warranty.  All express warranties are limited to the warranty period stated in the manufacturer warranty.
Keepingitcovered and the manufacturer shall not be liable for any fees incurred by the customer hiring a third party for installation, maintenance, or any other service rendered by this third party. Customers are responsible for knowing what comes with their product purchased from Keepingitcovered.
