Your order will be process within 24 hrs. Most items are shipped in 2 to 3 days directley from the manufacturer. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery. Most shipments will arrive in a shorter amount of time, depending upon the destination. There will be on occasion, during the busy months (june-aug), that it may take up to 7 days before shipping from the manufacturer.
Damaged or Missing parts
If upon receipt of your shipment the box has been damaged in transit, please accept the shipment and let us know what parts are damaged and/or what items are missing. We can then send out the replacement parts immediately. If the shipment is refused, we cannot send out a replacement of the order until the refused order has been received back to the manufacturer.
SHIPPING POLICY
Utah residents pay a 6.75% sales tax.
All orders shipped to addresses outside Utah are exempt from sales tax.
All products are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Freight shipments come in multiple boxes. Check to make sure you have the correct amount of boxes upon delivery.

Shelter Logic Shipping
Most products are shipped within 3 days. There are some products that may take up to 7 days to be shipped.
To better serve you and save you shipping costs, items over 150 lbs are freight shipped(shipped by tractor trailer).
Items under 150 lbs are UPS ground shipped.
For freight shipped items 2 persons will need to be available to receive the shipment and to help unload the products over 150 lbs.
Shelters are shipped in multiple boxes. Check to make sure you received the correct amount of boxes.
A phone number will be required for contact purposes for freight delivery. Be assured your phone number will only be used for delivery purposes of your new shelter.

All canopies come in multiple boxes EXCEPT 10X10 Standard frame and 10X10 Heavy Duty frame, which are packaged in one box.
Standard and heavy duty models are shipped by UPS. The commercial frame canopies must be shipped Common Carrier Freight (tractor trailer). Shipping charges are calculated by the total weight of the shipment and what state it is being shipped to.
